How do I earn credits or cash?
You earn credits or cash (if enabled) by Auto Surfing or Manual Surfing, visiting Paid To Click Ads, referring others to the site with your Referral URL, or playing the Jackpot Slots. Random rewards are also given each day when you login to your Member Area.

How do I refer others?
Login to your Member Area and click Referral Banners to get your banners and referral URL to promote this site. New members that join our system using your referral url will be added to your downline and you will earn credits and cash from their activities.

How do I upgrade my account?
You may upgrade your account when you have earned enough credits to purchase the upgrade. To upgrade your account using cash, you will need to deposit some cash into your account using the Deposit Account Cash link. Cash that is in your account can be used to purchase anything on our system.

How do I buy banner, text, or ptc ads?
Ads can be purchased when you have earned enough credits to purchase them. To purchase ads using cash, you will need to deposit some cash into your account using the Deposit Account Cash link. Cash that is in your account can be used to purchase anything on our system.

Can I sell the credits I have earned?
Sure, credits can be sold back to the system (if enabled) or to other members on the system through the Member Credit Market.

Can I transfer my auto credits to manual credits?
Yes, credits and cash can be transferred over to other account types using the Transfer Cash/Credits link in your Member Area.

How do I know what has been earned from referrals?
You can see what has been earned from each level of referrals by looking at the Referral Statistics. To see what has been earned from each person you referred click on the different Level links.

Why does my site not show up in rotation?
The system will not show members their own sites since that would be wasting their credits. When you add a new site, you must allocate credits to it, and then wait for the admin to approve your site. If you want your site shown to both auto and manual surfers, you must allocate both types of credits to each site.

Why is my site On Hold?
If your site is placed on hold that means there was a problem with your site when the admin checked it. This may include errors with the site, or site not found. Sites that are placed on hold will usually be checked again later to see if the problem is still there.

Why has my site been suspended?
If your site has been suspended it is because the site was found to be in violation of our terms. This may include having any type of popup windows, javascript errors, being a framebreaker site, or anything else that stops the normal operation of our system. Please read the terms for full details. Sites that get suspended are normally deleted from the system after a few days. This gives you time to remove any credits that may be assigned to them. Serious or repeat site offenders may be deleted immediately along with their member account.

Why is the cashout button disabled?
The cashout button will stay disabled until you reach the cashout mark. The current cashout mark is 5.00$ USD.

How do I get my 2000 Free Auto Credits / 250 Manual Credits?
You must first surf 100 pages to receive your free credits. That applies to both, you must surf 100 auto to get the 2000 auto credits, 100 manual to get the free 250 manual credits.

What is a unique visitor?
A unique visitors is every time someone visits your page once per 24 hours.

What is a website hit?
A website hit is everytime someone visits your page, not bound to once per 24 hours.

How do I spend cash that I have earned on more services?
You will need to transfer the earned cash to account cash using the Transfer Cash/Credits link in your Member Area.

Why have my credits gone negative?
Your credits go negative, because you are a free member and you earn .4 credits for every 1 surf and the credits are automatically applied. This is to keep the credits going out and sites in rotation. You can stop this by putting your site on hold or upgrading membership. Upgrading membership allows you to limit how many credits your sites user per hour, then you can just release the excess credits.

What is good about upgrading my account?
You will get more credits per surf, more cash per 100 surfs, limit how many credits your site uses per hour and the most important feature is that you will get random referrals. Each time your referral surfs you earn some of their credits and if they make a purchase you get some of the cash!

How do I buy credits and other advertising services?
In your member home area, just find "deposit cash" in the top left column then enter the amount you want to add to your account, or you can add your earned cash to your account cash via transfer cash/credits. After you have cash in your account cash, then just navigate to buy credits, upgrade account, buy banners & text advertisements etc.
